Clear communication leads to shared understanding. Shared understanding leads to transparent decision-making and a healthier working relationship.
Fact over fiction.
I am a scientist striving for objectivity, but acknowledge that as a human, I have implicit biases. When possible, I ground my work in data to counter my own biases.
